Dreary Saturday
What a yucky day. After two beautiful mid-20's days with loads of sunshine, we get a Saturday grey as anything and pissing down with rain. Talk about sod's law. Phil and I were thinking of heading out to see The Sultan's Elephant in the centre of London but we are going tomorrow instead. That means that Phil also wont be hungover as the big fella was out on the tiles again last night. Which gave me peace and quiet and more importantly, control of the remote!! Im totally addicted to The Green Wing and they are showing Season 2 on Friday nights. How sad it is that Im excited about staying home and watching a tv show than going out :S
Did manage to fit in a cooked breakfast, at the Newark. The Newark is the restaurant within Bow Quarter. Since we were being lazy (& I'd already had a trip to the post office which was so much effort for a Saturday morning) I didnt feel like going far. T he food was good but a little on the expensive side.
Well thats all for today - still thinking whether I can fit in something from the Top 10 book this weekend :)
