The nominees for the Turner Prize have been announced - Tomma Abts, Phil Collins, Mark Titchner and Rebecca Warren. You can read more about this years nominees here. The exhibition begins on the 3rd October 2006 at the Tate Britain.
Phil and I were thinking of going to the Hayward Gallery on Friday to see the newest exhibition. I was sick on the night of the opening last week so didn't end up going. The Hayward is open til 9pm on Fridays, its a nice alternative to the pub! Meanwhile, there is plenty of nice places to eat too.
Also open now is Inner Worlds Outside at the Whitechapel Gallery just near Aldgate East tube. Its the annual paying exhibition and costs £7.50 to get in. Open late on Thursdays.
Anyways it looks like the rain has stopped so going to get on my treddly and get outta here!
